Accommodation
The conference is organized at the foothills of the Moravskoslezské Beskydy Mts (North-Eastern Moravia region, Czech Republic) in the vicinity of the highest peak „Lysá Hora Mt.“ (1323 m a.s.l.). Hotel is situated in the part of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí municipality called „Nová Ves“.
The conference itself, accommodation & meals have been arranged to take place in the „Budoucnost“ Recreation centre. No transfer to other facilities is required.

Accommodation and meals are paid individually after arrival. The hotel accepts credit cards.
There is possibility of accommodation in a hotel style rooms (2- or 3-bed rooms with own bathroom, capacity 29 beds, price 350 CZK/night/bed) or tourist style rooms (4-bed or 6-bed rooms with shared bathroom, capacity 60 beds, price 200 CZK/night/bed). Cheaper alternative is accommodation in a 6-bed cabins (without heating, shared bathroom, own sleeping bag, price 160 CZK/night/bed). All prices are quoted without breakfast.
Price of meals is as follows: full board (B+L+D) 240 CZK, half board (B+D or B+L) 160 CZK, half board (L+D) 190 CZK, only breakfast 100 CZK. The participants can choose from two alternatives of meals (one is always vegetarian). Please specify in registration form pre-order of your meals. The menu is downloadable here. Please let us know in the registration form if you need a special food due to allergies or intolerances or if you are vegan.

Travel information
By car: The venue is located quite near the main highways and the arrival is not complicated.
By train: The Frýdlant nad Ostravicí municipality is available by local train approximately every hour. The best connection is from the Ostrava City (from „Ostrava - Main railway station“) or from the town of Valašské Meziříčí. Both, Valašské Meziříčí and Ostrava, have their fast train connections from Prague, Vienna, Bratislava or Warszawa. The applicable suitable railway connection you can find there:
As a final destination choose „Frýdlant nad Ostravicí“ railway station.
From the train station, you may walk to the conference venue (it is approximately 1.8 km), or take the bus from the train station to the bus stop „Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, Nová Ves, mateřská škola“ which is nearby the conference venue. This bus connection can be find here.

Train tickets
The train tickets for the fast trains are available on-line depending on the chosen operator. The whole travel from the cities with airports to Ostrava is possible to order from the Czech Railways website.
There are two other companies operating very cheap fast trains from Prague to Ostrava:
All the tickets are available also directly at the train stations, but your seat cannot be guaranteed.
The tickets for the local train from „Ostrava – Main railway station“ to „Frýdlant nad Ostravicí“ station are available here or are available for sale at train stations.
Weather information
The May in the Czech Republic is usually quite nice with sunny days, temperatures at 15-25°C during day, but mornings can be very cold. There could be also changing weather with rain.
