CGS members have a discount of 500 CZK.

Each person who physically takes part in the conference has to pay the registration fee. Those who want to give more than one paper will only have to pay the fee once. However, if you have co-authors who will come to the conference as well, each co-author present also has to pay the fee. Doctoral students paying the reduced fee will have to present a proof of study at registration (if they fail to provide it, they will have to pay the full fee paid during the registration at the conference (see table above). Spouses, partners and other people accompanying the participant can come to the conference only if they pay the fee for participation without giving a paper.

The registration fee includes morning and afternoon refreshments during the congress, refreshments during the social evening on Tuesday, August 31, language editting and publishing costs for the conference proceedings, and reviews for selected papers published in the paper version of the proceedings. The fee does not include accommodation, meals (apart from the aforementioned refreshments) and the Friday fieldtrip.

How to pay

Do not pay until you receive an email confirming the acceptance of your paper for the conference. The automatically generated email which will be send to you after you register on-line is not a confirmation of acceptance. The abstract provided by you will be forwarded to the Program Committee which will decide on each paper.

In order to identify your payment, please, make sure that the payment order contains all the necessary information, including the variable and specific symbols. In case you will be making a collective payment on behalf of several people from the same institution, inform us, please, by email, so we know exactly for whom the payment was made. We will send you a confirmation of payment on request. We will continually up-date the list of participants on the conference website including the received payments. If you do not find your name on this list and you are sure your payment was made, please, contact the Organizing Committee at cgs.ostrava2010@osu.cz.
