Ostravice village is a mountain resort situated 40 km far from the City of Ostrava (3rd largest city in the Czech Republic with highway and Super City Train connection to the rest of the Czech Republic, and direct flight connection to Prague and Vienna). Ostravice village has train and bus connection to and from Ostrava several times per day.
Accommodation and catering information
The conference itself, accomodation and boarding have been arranged to take place in the Sepetná Hotel complex. No transfer to other facilities is required.
There is a large possibility of acommodation in single and double rooms or bungalows (4 beds – special price for students) in the conference centre of Sepetna Hotel. The price includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The participants can chose from the following options*:

| Bungalows | 2.300 CZK (~€92) per person (in case of full bungalow capacity – 4 persons) |
The accommodation shall be paid at the Hotel reception desk in registration time and Czech currency is accepted only.
